These Terms and Conditions apply when you use www.cvprocareer.co.uk or purchase a service from CV Pro Career.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. About Us
CV Pro Career provides professional career-writing services, including:
- CV writing;
- cover letters and personal statements;
- NHS supporting information;
- UCAS and graduate services;
- LinkedIn profile optimisation; and
- other related career-writing services.

2. Placing an Order
Your order is accepted once payment has been received and we have received the information required to begin the work.
You are responsible for providing complete, accurate and truthful information.
We will not knowingly include false qualifications, fabricated experience or misleading information in any document.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.
Payment must normally be made in full before work begins.
Services or add-ons not included in your chosen package may require an additional payment.
4. Turnaround Time
Where a service has a 48-hour turnaround, this means 48 hours during working days only.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
The turnaround period begins only after:
- full payment has been received; and
- all required information and documents have been provided.
Delays in providing information or responding to questions may affect the delivery time.
5. Refund Policy
Because CV Pro Career provides personalised writing services, a full refund is available only where the refund request is made before work on the order has commenced.
Once research, consultation, writing, editing or document preparation has begun, the order becomes non-refundable.
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects the customer’s statutory rights.
6. Revisions
Where unlimited revisions are included, they apply only to reasonable changes relating to the original order and information provided.
Unlimited revisions do not include:
- an entirely new document;
- targeting a different or unrelated role;
- rewriting for a new application;
- adding substantial new information not originally supplied; or
- changing the original service requirements.
Additional work may require an additional payment.
7. Customer Review
You must review your completed document before using or submitting it.
Please check:
- names and contact details;
- employment and education dates;
- qualifications;
- job titles;
- professional registrations; and
- all other factual information.
We will correct errors caused by us without additional charge.
We are not responsible for incorrect information supplied or approved by the customer.
8. Ownership and Use
Once full payment has been received, you may use the final personalised document for your own career, employment or education purposes.
CV Pro Career retains ownership of its website content, questionnaires, templates, branding, methods and internal materials.
These materials must not be copied, resold or commercially distributed without written permission.
9. Confidentiality and Privacy
Customer information and documents will be handled confidentially and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may use trusted payment, website, communication and document-storage providers where necessary to deliver the service.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
We are not responsible for:
- recruitment or admission decisions;
- inaccurate information supplied by the customer;
- missed deadlines that we did not expressly agree to;
- changes made to a document after delivery; or
- failures caused by third-party websites or services.
Where liability can legally be limited, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected service.
11. Website Use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent information or use our services for unlawful or dishonest purposes.
We may refuse or cancel an order where there is fraud, abuse, threatening behaviour or a request to create misleading information.
12. Complaints
Complaints should be sent to hello@cvprocareer.co.uk with your name, order details and an explanation of the issue.
We will review the complaint and aim to resolve it within a reasonable period.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory legal protections available to consumers elsewhere in the United Kingdom.
